We have installed Project Server 2010 and are using PWA to record time against tasks using timesheets. For over a month now, any tasks that are approved by the PM are not being updated in the project plan.This is happening for all the resources in the project.
The correct tasks are showing up in the PWA timesheet, the resource enters their time for the tasks, and the PM is running the Approval process without any issue. We have a BI report that we run that reports the # of hours per project and it is correct also and reflects the correct hours/task. However, the project plan is not getting these updates.
We are newbies. Where can we look in Project server to find out why updates are not being applied?
