We are using Project Server 2010 with Timesheets (SEM) and only allow actuals for work resources via timesheets. On one of our projects, the schedule insists that the resource has timesheet actuals the week of 12/29/2013... however, no record of any such data appears to exist in the timesheet module. It is only a figment of this schedules imagination.
Anyways, initially, those phantom hours were the only actuals showing for this project despite timesheets for all of January and February through last week. I have gone back as delegate and resubmitted the timesheet lines for the relevant task (great fun to zero out, save, copy paste the original values back in and then re-send timesheet ... awesome stuff). The year to date actuals are now showing but I still have these phantom actuals at the end of the year to deal with.
I'm completely stumped at this point. No timesheet for that period exists as far as I can see in PWA and no timesheet lines are detected via sql against dbo.MSP_TimesheetLine_UserView.
I need a Yoda button to tell this schedule to "unlearn all that it has learned" and go back to the actuals in the db. I'm not seeing such a button.
