Hi All,
We in our office have successfully set up Project Server 2010 integration with SharePoint. We currently have around 40 active projects in our Project Center.
We are also trying to maintain projects sites i.e. for Documents, team discussions, issues etc. but in order to gain more benefit, we want to set up notifications for project team members.
We desire:
- When a project site is made, all project resources (regardless of assignments) automatically get notification of this.
- All resource automatically subscribed to notification so that they receive it instantly a change occur in documents, libraries, discussions sections of project site.
- Any way to set up bulk notifications for already existing sites?
Help in this regard will be appreciated.
