Project Actuals vs. Reporting Actuals in Project Server 2010

Hi,

I'm building BI Reports in Access, which I will later conver to Excel. I'm looking at the dbo_MSP_EpmAssignmentByDay table and comparing the "AssignmentActualWork" values for a given day with the Actuals that show up in project schedules that I open in Project Pro, and they don't seem to align.  For example, filtering the "dbo_MSP_EpmAssignmentByDay" table on the "TimeByDate" column for June 27th, I see less than 12 hours of actual work in the "AssignmentActualWork" column.  However, in a single project, I see nearly 50 hours of actual work posted for June 27th.  Team members have been submitting actual hours via "My Tasks" in PWA.

Can anyone explain this discrepency ?
