Hi All
In Project Server 2010 under Project Site Provisioning Setting I’ve change the Automatic Provisioning to “Allow users to manually create project sites in Project Server”.
Project Sites are created selectively for projects by admins. However, when PM’s publish their projects via Project Professional they are prompted with a dialog box that allows them to create/not create a project site.
In order to get rid of that dialog box I denied the Manage SharePoint Foundation permission for PM’s.
However as a side effect I see jobs stuck in the queue after each publish job.
Job State: “Failed But Not Blocking Correlation”.
Error Details on the job state: “User does not have permission to create a WSS site”.
Can anyone please suggest a way to avoid such failed jobs in queue or any other workaround to get rid of the Project Site create dialog box.
Thanks
Sunny
