i faced performance issue in my system! A few days ago, i have just tested by PAL and here is his suggestion:

and here is latency of physical in MVware:

is HDD got problem ?

ps: i build system follow structure: 1WFE--1AppServer--1DBServer, Ram and CPU is enough
