Project Server 2013 Custom Fields

Hi All,

We are using Project Server 2013. We have created multiple EPT using PDP with custom filed. In Each EPT we made few fields mandatory. When we create the new project using EPT by entering the mandatory fields it is working fine. When we try to check in the project It is requesting to fill the custom fields which are not part of the EPT.  with the below message. How to resolve this issue.
