Set a different standard rate for Enterprise Resource in Project Server 2007

Hi,

We are currently using project server 2007. We have set default currency as US Dollars(for Standard rates and Overtime rates) for all enterprise resources. Is it possible to add overtime and standard rates in Euros for 1 resources without changing the default currently from USD. If so, how? Will it have any impact?.
