Attach approval page to the workflow stage in project server 2013

Hi,

I want to attach an item to the project server 2013 custom workflow using sharepoint designer.

For example i want to add a webpart page in a particular stage in sharepoint designer while executing project server workflow.How can i achieve this?

Can anyone help me to do this ?If possible please explain with steps.
