resource unknown error

Hi,

I have a  single server test farm and have configured two Web Apps set up (as we need seperate content databases), each housing an instance of PWA

On the second instance i appear unable to add or edit resource and am getting an "Unknown error" message in the top left hand corner.

"resoure could not be saved" "an unknown error has occurred in PWA when trying to create a user"
