Updating MSP_VIEW_RES tables in Project Server 2003

Here is our problem.  For Project Server 2003, when we add a new resource to the Enterprise Resource Pool, the following tables MSP_VIEW_RES_CF, MSP_VIEW_RES_ENT and MSP_VIEW_RES_STD are not being updated, which interns does not update the information in the Resource Center when attempting to View Entrerprise Resources in Resource Center.  what is also happening is the in each table it has skipped an entry and also is adding a row for the ResourceUniqueID that is at least two entries ahead what should be the next number.

Here is an example of the missing entry:  ResourceUniqueID 1386 is missing.

 And in some cases it will add a ResouceUniqueID of 1390 to this table when the next entry should be 1389.

What should I do to fix this probem.
