Project 2010 - Actuals are lost on Publish (incl. old ones)

Hi,

We are working on a Project Server 2010 SP1 Dec 2012 CU.

Actuals are gathered through reporting in My tasks.

Recently we ran into the following:

When projects are published, many hours of actuals are deleted from the project. This include not only hours that were reported or approved after last published but also hours that enetered the project more than a month ago and "peacefully" passed several control cycles. This happens on all projects.

Does anyone knows about this? Is there a hotfix for this?
