Planned Hours are changing along with Actual in My Tasks

Hi Team,

Can any one please suggest me what setting should be made, for not to allow resources to change their planned hours in my task page.

My problem is when ever the resource enters actual hours against a project task, system is changing the planned hours automatically.

The tasks assigned to the resource are auto scheduled.

Please help, this is very critical for going live.
