OOB features in Project Server 2013 for demo

If I am going to give a demo of Project Server 2013, what are some OOB features that I can configure and show?

For e.g. in case of SharePoint a demo will be something like

1. SharePoint installation

2. Search service application configuration

3. Team site creation

4. Enable versioning on one document library and showing how it works

5. Search site creation

6. Approval workflow

So I am looking for some out of the box features of Project Server 2013 which I can show in live demo.
