DM Dynamic Workflow approval email missing project name

Hello,

We are using the DM Dynamic Workflow, and everything is working properly with the exception of the email content. When emails are sent to the group indicated for workflow approval, the title of the email is appearing as: Project Server Workflow Tasks - Approval required for project: '... has been assigned to you.

The content of the email is sparse and contains no information about the approval request (project name, who requested it, etc.). How do I modify what appears in the title and body of the workflow approval emails from the DM Dynamic Workflow?
